Here’s the practical bit: the Golden Tube runs on 400V. That means you can deliver serious power even with longer wiring runs, without overloading the supply side. The 2500W rating gives you the muscle for demanding applications, and at 300mm long, the heat stays focused where you need it. So you get predictable concentration without having to oversize the whole setup.
Material & Design
We went with a quartz envelope, a halogen fill, and a reflective coating to keep output steady and protect filament life. The shortwave spectrum is chosen specifically so industrial materials absorb the heat quickly. And the R7s connector? It’s straightforward and proven. The lamp drops right in, aligns cleanly, and makes solid contact. Less time fiddling with terminals. More time running production.

In the real world, this setup shines in jobs like PET blowing—anything that needs fast, localized heating.
