The Heart of the Heat
Here’s the thing about this eco-friendly halogen heater—we built it around a 400V, 2500W quartz tube that’s 300mm long. That power density? It means you get rapid heat-up in a small package. You can hit your target temperature fast, without needing a massive machine to do the job. And that 400V rating? We chose it to keep the current on the line low. That translates to smaller wiring, less voltage drop, and less wasted energy as heat in your control cabinet.
Built to Last
The quartz envelope runs hot, but it runs clean. The halogen cycle is the secret sauce—it keeps the element life steady by sending evaporated tungsten right back where it belongs, onto the filament. Then there’s the R7s connector. It’s a straight-up, two-ended fit. No adapters. No messing around. You wire it, clamp it, and it stays put. Solid. The tube coating is there to manage surface temperature and handle the shock of heating up and cooling down again and again. It just keeps going without cracking.
Where It Shines
In production environments, like PET blowing, you need heat that’s predictable, responsive, and repeatable. This heater nails all three. It focuses the heat where you need it and gets there without the long warm-up wait. It’s also a straight swap for standard R7s-fitted systems. Just pop it in—no re-engineering the mount. But here’s the trade-off: at 2500W, the tube runs hot. So your machine’s cooling and shielding need to be up to the task. If they’re not, you risk overheating nearby components.
